ABOUT
In 1978 I designed and fabricated my first custom-fit Multilayer Insulation (MLI) for the MAGSAT satellite (pictured above-left). Since then, I have gained over 35 years of experience of mechanical payload integration, thermal vacuum testing, and launch pad support. My specialized focus has been design, fabrication, and installation of MLI. I have significant experience working on high-profile missions with stringent specifications. I have constantly developed and adapted my techniques to cope with the advances in MLI materials, as well as the changing needs of a demanding industry.
In 1990 I took it upon myself to construct a certifiable 100k-rated clean room for MLI design and fabrication work. In 2010 I moved location and built a new cleanroom that meets the same specifications. This has allowed me to quickly prototype new concepts for a variety of customers and follow up with rapid production and delivery of the final product.
Whether you have a student cube-sat, a high-altitude balloon payload, or a military satellite, I can create a quality product that fits your needs.
